A judge in the Illinois State Court has scheduled the review in order to look into the Actos lawsuits that have been filed at this time. There have been 152 Actos lawsuits that have been filed in the court system, but not all of them will be reviewed on this date.
Some have stated that this a relatively small legal step, but it is a positive step forward for plaintiffs in this case.
