Coffee may prevent onset of Type 2 diabetes

Posted on January 23rd, 2012 No Comments

New studies from Chinese researchers show that ingredients in coffee may help prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes.

According to the data, there are three ingredients in coffee that may prevent the disease. Theses three include caffeine, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid. The research also suggests that decaffeinated coffee also offers the caffic acid more than other caffeinated drinks.

According the American Diabetes Association, nearly one in every 12 Americans suffer from diabetes and researchers are hoping that studies being done on the prevention of this disease can help reduce the number of those who suffer from it.

Recently, the use of the popular type 2 diabetes drug, Actos, has been linked to the development of bladder cancer when taken for over a year. Contact the Actos bladder cancer lawsuit lawyers of Williams Kherkher by calling 800-641-9810 today.
